Genesis 1 - May 12, 6:-00pm
All performing classes will participate in one show at The Fox Theater with a 15 minute intermission.
Dress Rehearsal Schedule
Saturday, May 10
No Tinies or Littles at Dress Rehearsal - they will have a moment on stage just before the show!
“IN STUDIO” DRESS REHEARSAL TIMES (Location TBD)
Everybody arrives in full costume, hair and makeup (bring a labeled snack and water!)
11:00am Show Directors and Set Up Crew arrive
12:15pm Parent Monitor and Check In Volunteers arrive
12:30 - 12:45pm Call time for all dancers to check in (no Tinies or Littles!)
1:00 - 4:00pm Circle Time, Dress Rehearsal, and Class Photos
4:00 - 5:00pm Notes and Dances that need redos
4:00 - 5:00pm Check Out for All Dancers (parents can come for check out at 4:00 as many dancers can leave at the at point if they do not need notes or redos)
ALL DANCERS LEAVING THE BUILDING MUST CHECK OUT (same table as check in)

Monday, May 12
Everybody arrives in full costume, hair and makeup already done
Please bring a packed snack or dinner for dancers to eat backstage as well as a layer to wear over costumes.
11:30am - 1:00pm Teachers and some volunteers arrive (see Volunteer Sign Ups)
1:30pm Call Time for all performers (except Tinies, Littles, and JUNIORS)
2:00pm - 2:45pm Circle Time and Warm Up on stage
2:45pm - 4:00pm Dress Rehearsal (no Tinies, Littles, or Juniors)
4:00pm - 4:30pm Some classes dismissed to dinner break, others stay for redos as needed
4:30pm - 5:30pm CHECK OUT and Dinner Break in the backstage rooms for Intermediate, Senior, and Adult dancers (parents of Intermediates must accompany their dancers during dinner break)
4:15pm - 4:30pm Check in for Tinies, Littles and Juniors - parents of Tinies must accompany and provide their dancer a quick snack after Dress Rehearsal at 5:30pm
4:45pm - 5:30pm Dress Rehearsal for Tinies, Littles, and Juniors
5:30pm - 5:50pm Circle Time and Prayer for All Dancers (Tinies leave to go with parents out to lobby for snack, then up to balcony)
5:00pm - 5:30pm Pre-Show Discussion in Lobby
5:30pm - Doors Open
6:00pm - Genesis 1 Show (15 minute Intermission)
8:30pm - Check Out, Tear Down and Costume Drop Off
COSTUME DROP OFF - all remaining costume piece(s) received from teachers must be left in the backstage area bins provided. Bring clothes to change into after the show! Some costumes will be available for buy back at Celebration Day.
Parent Volunteers - all parents are invited to volunteer! More info coming soon!
