Pricing, Specials, Fees, and Discounts

ALL TUITION WILL BE PAID ONLINE. We will not accept cash or checks unless specifically requested via email, in which case tuition will need to be paid in full before the start of class. In the event of a cancelation on part of the registrant, tuition is non-refundable.

NEW! Pay by credit card coming soon! A surcharge fee of 2.89% will be added to the total. American Express not accepted.

PAYMENT POLICY
-A one time non-refundable registration fee (deposit) of $40 per class will be required upon each class registration
-When you register, select “session paid in full” to pay all at once, or “monthly payment plan” (additional $5/month)
-Tuition will be withdrawn on the first of the month (September 3 for “tuition paid in full” and each successive 1st of the next 3 months for those who have selected payment plans). If you register after September 3, your tuition (if paid in full) will be withdrawn the Monday following your registration.
-Monthly payment plans cost an additional $5 per month (4 months total) - do NOT attempt to pay for these manually as our system will only allow you to pay in full. We will withdraw the amount due on the first of the month and give you a two-day reminder in advance.
-All payments are non-refundable. No prorating is available at this time.
-Any ACH Bank Draft returned for non-payment due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank number will result in an NSF bank fee of $10.00
-All fees will be automatically drafted from the ACH or credit card on file.
-If extensions are needed on a payment plan due date, there is a $5 extension fee.
-If a change to a class schedule is requested, there will be an additional registration fee ($40 per class).

COSTUME POLICY - Costume rental fees are included in the show fee which is part of the total cost. All students will have a costume to wear for the performance, which will be returned to the studio once the show is over as we sustainably choose to reuse our costumes, sourcing them from our own costume closet, other studio rentals, and hand-crafting some as well.

PRICING:
Regular Fall 2024 Semester Classes (14-Weeks)
$261 per regular class (plus $40 registration fee)
The semester totals include 14 weeks of class, and show fee of $72.80 per class, which includes rental of a costume from Jubilee’s costume closet and participation in a 2-day staged dance production with dress rehearsal, sound and lighting design, and other high value production elements).

Cardio Dance Fitness - $105 (non-performing)
Nursery Care - FREE with Cardio Dance registration
Ballroom - $50 (non-performing)
Conditioning - $70 add-on (must already be registered in a regular class), fixed rate (discounts do not apply)
Turns and Leaps - $70 add-on (must already be registered in a regular class), fixed rate (discounts do not apply)
Drop-in to any regular class - $25/each

PRIVATE LESSONS

Teacher and studio availability is limited, so we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
$50/hour, $35 half hour ($10 additional dancer fee per lesson)
Does not include costume, which will be purchased separately.
No discounts or scholarships for private lessons.

Ballet students in Ballet 2 plus Ballet 2/3 - $442 (additional $50 off after multi-class discount)
Ballet students in Ballet 3 plus Ballet 2/3 - $442 (additional $50 off after multi-class discount)
Ballet students in Ballet 4 (two days) - $482 (additional $75 off after multi-class discount)

DISCOUNTS:
Multi-Class (per individual) Discounts - take more than one class and get awesome discounts!
Second class - $30 off
Third class - $65 off
Fourth class - $100 off

Additional Family Member Discounts - An additional $10 off per family member who also registers.

Referral Discount - refer a family to Jubilee! THIS SEMESTER ONLY! $40 off per family. Your referral family must be first timers at Jubilee, and they must email office.jubileedancespokane@gmail.com to mention your name for you to receive the discount. Up to 5 referral discounts available.

Military Discount - take off 10%. Email us at jubileedancespokane@gmail.com to receive your military discount, which will be applied after you register. Do not pay your tuition balance until the discount has been applied as payments are non-refundable.

FEES:
Late Tuition Fee - Payment Plans and Scholarships: $10 if not submitted by due date on invoice, which is the first of each month. Another $10 late fee will be added for every additional 30 day period it goes unpaid. For those on a payment plan, the entirety must be paid by the last day of the semester. If you need an extension, email to inquire and pay the $5 extension fee.

Late Pick Up Fee: $10 after a grace period of 10 minutes after class ends. In case of emergency, contact the teacher of the class and ask if they are willing to attend to your student in the meantime.

Payment Plans are available to those wishing to pay monthly for tuition rather than all at once. Our bookkeeper fee for plans is $5/month which will be included on your payment plan invoices each month. Scholarships awarded will not cover the plan fee if a scholarship recipient wishes to be set up with a plan. Please contact office.jubileedancespokane@gmail.com to request a payment plan.

Scholarships are available by application. Please contact jubileedancespokane@gmail.com for an application. We love to make dance accessible to all! Scholarship recipients will help out the studio in a variety of volunteer roles as well as custodial work. The $40 registration fee and $10 towards their show fee (different per semester) will not be covered by scholarship funds. Scholarships do not apply to Private Lessons.
